This website was designed to showcase a new development for Irvine Company Office Properties at 520 Newport Center Drive in Newport Beach, California. The goal was to entice businesses to lease or buy space and encourage retail growth in the region.

I wanted to make it all about the photographs and not overwhelm the viewer with a bombardment of text. To solve this, I created an expandable box that when clicked or rolled over would reveal the copy that would accompany the image and headline. The website was also created to fit tablets and smartphones.

The website has since been updated so the original design is no longer live.
